International Shipping
Customers outside USA are solely responsible for paying any taxes and/or duties assessed by their home countries. The recipient of the order will be invoiced by the carriers if there are any such charges assessed, and are responsible for paying such invoice directly to the carrier or authority. International shipping rates on our site do not vary within each country, and are estimates only; occasionally the carriers impose a surcharge to certain areas, in which case we will invoice you the additional amount prior to shipping. 

Delivery of Orders
Orders are delivered when they are shown as delivered by the carrier’s tracking results. The shipper will be responsible for packages lost in transit only, but such responsibility ends when the carrier shows the package as delivered. If a package that shows as delivered by the carrier, is claimed lost by the recipient, the sender agrees to file a claim with the carrier. The carrier then typically carries out an investigation. The recipient agrees to accept the outcome of the carrier’s investigation as final, even if the carrier confirms the package as delivered and denies the claim.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Rawganique USA, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Rawganique USA, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Rawganique USA, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Rawganique USA, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Rawganique USA, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason.
