100% Hemp Carpenter Jeans

100% Organic Cannabis Sativa Hemp Carpenter Utility Dungaree Jeans. Low rise cut for comfort. Brass zipper fly. Unisex relaxed cut through seat, thighs, and hips. Straight and full in the leg for unrestricted movement and flattering wear. Earth Brown.

The hemp carpenter jeans are on closeout clearance because we are designing a whole new line of jeans. Available while supplies last. At this price, we have already allowed for repair of rivets or metals buttons that pop out (simply pop back it gently but firmly with a mallet) or weak seams. Many cut the legs off to make hemp jeans shorts and use the extra fabric for sewing projects.

Carpenter wedge pocket for tools and hammer sling. Front and back jean pockets. If you need something tougher, recommend our RG301 Organic Cotton Duck Dungarees.

Made in Europe. Sweatshop-free.

Machine wash using mild biodegradable detergent. Hang or lay flat to dry. If you must, tumble dry on low/gentle heat. Can be ironed, if desired. Iron inside out to avoid the sheen ont the fabric.

Our RG326 Unisex Hemp Carpenter Dungarees feature carpenter and utility pockets galore. Like other classic styles of jeans that have become mainstream, the Carpenter Dungarees first started their life as useful utility pants for carpenters and outdoor workers, then quickly became "cool" & "hip" as people found other general uses for them. The carpenter dungaree styling is always classy & hip and never goes out of style.

Dungarees or Work / Utility Pants / Jeans are meant to be tough, good for working indoors and out and great for all around wearing for both men and women (you can practically live in them day in & day out, and many in fact do); what better material to make them with than 100% organically grown hemp fiber, arguably nature's toughest plant fiber.

Our RG326 Hemp Carpenter Jeans are made from a soft 100% European hemp denim for true purity and environmental sustainability. They are also made in the European Union under strict fair labor standards, which means no sweatshop, child, or underwaged labor at any stage of production.

Note to carpenters and those who work in construction: since our 100% European hemp denim has been washed for softness and hence isn't as tough as if it hadn't been washed, we recommend our RG301 Organic Cotton Duck Dungarees / Work Jeans for heavy-duty work and wear. The RG301 Organic Cotton Dungarees are completely unwashed, and hence stiff and tough and very similar to the conventional cotton duck dungarees that are the industry standard (except for the fact that they are made with certified organic cotton duck). They'll soften over time but will also retain their toughness. The RG326 are good for lighter duty work and general all-around wearing as hemp carpenter jeans and street pants.

Well-cut dungarees have always had a very high "cool" factor, thanks to their classic simple square cut and unpretentious good looks. We like to think of our new RG326 Hemp Dungarees as being at the very heart of the hemp wardrobe; they are solid, versatile, and absolutely essential for work and play.

Note: Mainstream clothing manufacturers allow 2" between the skin and the pants, so when their label says 32" inches, the waist opening is actually 34". The waist sizes of our jeans are exactly as stated, and most customers have found that going to the next waist size gives a good comfortable fit. If your waist is 32", then you may wish to go to size 34".

Care instructions: Your new hemp jeans will shrink a little in the width and length after the first couple of washings (we've allowed for this in our design, so order the size you'd normally wear). If you need to hem up your new hemp jeans to length, please do so only after washing them a couple of times to allow for shrinkage. Your hemp jeans will stretch a little too as you wear them, just like regular jeans would. Please remember to wash your hemp jeans in warm water with like colors using only a mild biodegradable detergent. Hang to dry (or machine dry at low temperature: remove promptly just before they are dry). Hemp Jeans may be ironed inside out at the highest/linen setting.
