Description Sizing
Handmade at the Rawganique Atelier on Denman Island, the Needle Felting Punch - Sock Darning Kit comes with a wood and brass handled needle felting punch loaded with 6 replaceable felting needles and a wool ball to aid in darning your socks as well as a small sampling of organic fibers.

It is a versatile tool that you can use to felt hemp or wool or just about any fibre of your choice. You can use the needle felting punch as a sock darner. Instead of closing holes in wool or hemp or linen socks by sewing or patching (uncomfortable to wear due to the bulge), simply add a bit of fibre & punch the socks in little jabs (carefully please, as the needles are super sharp!), thereby felting them and patching over the holes seamlessly.

Sock darning is an age old tradition that this tool improves on! Many other clothing items can be mended this way and new clothing and footwear items like socks and felted shoes created. This handmade needle felting puncher - sock darner is a joy to behold and super useful tool in day to day living.

The idea of this ingenious handmade sock darning, needle-felting tool is you place some organic cotton or linen or hemp fibers on your socks and felt the fibers in place, thereby "darning" your socks without have to sew a patch or stitch, which would lead to uncomfortable bumps while wearing.
