The pictures on the website of this towel are deceiving. I thought it would be a somewhat dense fabric, sort of like a waffle weave, that would hold up to kitchen use. In reality, the fabric is very open knit, almost like a lace, and weak. The first time we used it, it developed a hole. The second time, another hole. Now it's just sitting in the drawer because it's useless as a kitchen cloth.
