To exchange an item, return it for refund per the instructions and conditions below and re-order what you would like online at

Most products are returnable in original new condition within 30 days of receipt. Made-to-order custom items such as mattresses, bespoke bras, panties, underwear, and anything washed, worn, scented or soiled, for hygiene and in consideration to chemically sensitive customers, are not. For example, sheets and blankets that have been taken out of their packaging and all bodycare items, pillows, mattresses, and comforters are not returnable. Regular unworn bras are returnable. Upon receipt of the returned products we promptly refund the purchase price and applicable sales taxes to the original means of payment. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

US customers, please send returns using any carrier of your choice to:

Please include a note with your name, order number, contact information and reason for your return.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order for accuracy and defects before washing. Washed products are not returnable. Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

Overseas customers, please send returns to the above address via postal service only. If you send your package via UPS or another parcel carrier, please make sure all brokerage and other border-crossing fees are billed to the sender. If they are not, we will deduct such charges from the refund amount. Please state on customs form that products originated in USA, being sent back for refund.

Defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt. We will examine and replace defective items at our expense. 1.360.945-4367
