Designed to perfectly match our Euro-style 100% Hemp Sport Jacket (shown right column in Natural), our 100% organic hemp pants (cut in the classic hemp slacks style) are also great with just about any top, dressy or casual.

The Euro-style 100% Hemp Slacks are elegant, sleek, durable, and ecologically sustainable, made from certified organic European hemp that is processed without chemicals or pesticides of any kind in Romania.

Our Euro-style Hemp Pants feature a zippered fly, subtle pleats (two on each side), a full-in-the-leg cut, two side pockets, a button-down back pocket (right side), and sustainably harvested tagua nut buttons from the Amazon Rainforest throughout.

For purists who will settle for nothing less than 100% hemp and who believe in reflecting the true costs of production (conventional cotton is heavily subsidized by the government; this is why it's so cheap: but at what cost to the environment?), these great 100% hemp pants hit the bull's eye with their no-compromise attitude. The fiber is processed with water and machine combing only; no caustic sodas or acids were used. They are the purest pants available anywhere.

Not only will these 100% hemp trousers last much longer than cotton and/or synthetic (!) trousers (therefore representing a better value over time), they are also truly sustainable (unlike conventional cotton products which greatly deplete our nonrenewable natural resources). You will literally be able to pass these hemp pants on to your grandchildren.

Hemp products leave a very light footprint on our fragile planet, again, unlike conventional cotton cultivation and production, which contaminate our air, water, and soil and endanger our lives and those of other creatures cohabiting the planet with us.

Cotton fact: conventional cotton production accounts for 25% of agricultural chemicals and pesticide sale worldwide (that's 275 million pounds of pesticides per year used on the cotton plant alone).

If you require up to 5" extra inseam length, please select it from the optional "Inseam" menu below. Please scroll down for measurements. 

Easy care: No need to dry clean. Simply hand wash or machine wash (delicate cycle--cool/lukewarm water) and lay flat to dry. Machine drying is not recommended as pants will come out crumpled up like flax linen (but you can iron them out again). We recommend turning your pants inside out before ironing to prevent shine on the fabric; alternatively, you may also use a steamer to remove wrinkles from your hemp slacks.

§By customer request, sizes Medium, Large, Extra Large, and XXL can now be ordered in the extra-long inseam version with 4-5 inches tucked into the bottom seam making their inseams extendable by at least 4 inches; hence, extra-long inseam Medium would fit persons with inseams up to 36" and XL would fit persons with inseams up to 38".
*Please note: 100% hemp fabric does relax over time so actual inseam lengths maybe slightly longer than the measurements given here, which are taken on pants in brand-new condition.
