Additional liners are sold in packs of 4. Latex or no latex? For light flow, our customers generally prefer the pads/panties without a latex liner center, but for others, the latex center is absolutely crucial in preventing any possibility of a leakage. The latex insert is sewn into the center of the pad and entirely covered in certified organic cotton fabric so there is no contact with the skin.
