Packaged in glass jars (16 oz). Processed at extra low (room) temperature, so you can be sure that all of the nutrients are still alive and intact in our raw and organic almond butter. As raw foodists here at Rawganique.com, we take the word "raw" very seriously and have scouted out only the most reputable sources for raw and organic foods. Many organic almond butters and tahinis offered in health food stores that claim to be "raw" are often not raw at all. It's true that they use "raw" almonds to start with but they grind them at such a high temperature as to cook them that even though the label says "raw" on it, it's really "cooked" butter.

Raw The nuts and seeds we use are fresh, not roasted, and made into butter with a low temperature process (always below 115º F). This means that all of the enzymes, proteins and vitamins are intact, in their natural state and fully utilized by the body. Heat destroys these sensitive nutrients. Healthy Nuts and seeds in the form that we make them - totally raw and organic and processed into butter (purée) - are among the most basic and healthy foods one can eat on the planet, offering to the consumer:
