Packaged in glass jars (16 oz). Processed at extra low (room) temperature, so you can be sure that all of the nutrients are still alive and intact in our raw and organic almond butter. As raw foodists here at Rawganique.com, we take the word "raw" very seriously and have scouted out only the most reputable sources for raw and organic foods. Many organic almond butters and tahinis offered in health food stores that claim to be "raw" are often not raw at all. It's true that they use "raw" almonds to start with but they grind them at such a high temperature as to cook them that even though the label says "raw" on it, it's really "cooked" butter.

Ingredients: whole raw certified organic European almonds and a little certified organic cold-pressed sunflower oil to facilitate butter production and and make it spreadable.

Raw The nuts and seeds we use are fresh, not roasted, and made into butter with a low temperature process (always below 115º F).
