Use our Raw Organic Sesame Tahini to lend an exotic flavor to your soups, salad dressings, and sauces. Or add raw organic yacon syrup to create a delicious and healthy middle eastern desert called Halvah -- you can also blend the sesame tahini with dates for a unique mouth-watering raw dessert.

Instant Rawganique dressing: 2 table spoons of raw organic tahini, 2 table spoons of raw organic apple cider vinegar or 1 organic lemons or lime, 1 teaspoon of organic Nama Shoyu. Mix together in a bowl with a fork. Add water to taste. Then toss with salad. Yummy! Add thin bits of lemongrass and green onions and a sprinkle of ground hot pepper for an exotic variation.

Raw The sesame seeds we use are fresh, not roasted, and made into butter with a low temperature process (always below 115º F). This means that all of the enzymes, proteins and vitamins are intact, in their natural state and fully utilized by the body. Heat destroys these sensitive nutrients. Healthy seeds in the form that we make them - totally raw and organic and processed into butter (puree) - are among the most basic and healthy foods one can eat on the planet, offering to the consumer:
