Sizes:	S = 28" – 32" waists (inseam ~ 30"; extra long option ~ 33.5") M = 32" – 35" waists (inseam ~ 31"; extra long option ~ 34.5") L = 35" – 38" waists (inseam ~ 32"; extra long option ~ 35.5") XL = 38" – 42" waists (inseam ~ 33"; extra long option ~ 36") XXL = (for waists between 42"– 50"); inseam: ~33"; extra-long inseam: ~36" Note on pants sizing: The Hemp Meditation pants are cut straight and have no elastic at the waist. The sizing is on the small side, especially around the thigh area, so if you're deciding between two sizes, we recommend that you go for the bigger size.

Care:	Hand wash or machine wash using mild biodegradable detergent on gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry. Steam iron at the highest linen setting, if desired.

  They are made from organically grown European hemp (55%) and linen (45%) for a light, cozy feel. Perfect for meditation and light Eastern exercises like Tai Chi.
  
  Elastic-free drawstrings at the waist for wearing comfort: wear them tight or loose, it's up to you.
  
  Low-rise: Pants sit low on the waist for a comfortable non-restrictive fit.
  
  2 side pockets. The lightweight fabric holds the pants up well (no unsightly pulls on the structure of the pants).
  
  Available in regular inseam and extra-long inseam versions for taller folks with up to 36" inseam (see sizing info below). Casual pants are often worn on the short side for ease of movement and for Tai Chi practice.
