Introducing the warmest hemp jacket on Earth: Our brand-new Nova Scotia Winter Extreme Hemp Jacket is as warm as they come (finally!). Lined all around with a soft, cozy, and ultra warm 50% European hemp/50% cruelty-free European wool plush that we've developed specifically for our winter jacket (see close-up in photo at bottom of page), the Nova Scotia Hemp Winter Jacket is good against the wind and cold, even when the chill factor goes deep into sub-zero territory.

For the outer 100% hemp fabric we've chosen a charismatic hemp herringbone made from organic European hemp. We've then lined the sleeves with certified organic cotton flannel the wind out and the warmth in. Brass buttons and two front pockets finish our Nova Scotia Hemp Jacket in style.

Hemp Purists will appreciate the fact that our RG714 Nova Scotia Winter Extreme Hemp Jacket is 100% natural and sustainable. We've expressly stayed away from recycled plastic fleece because even though recycling is good, recycled plastic is still plastic, which perhaps shouldn't have been made in the first place.

When designing our RG714 Nova Scotia Winter Extreme Hemp Jacket, we used the rather harsh winter conditions in windswept (and utterly gorgeous) Nova Scotia as an inspiration and starting point. The special hemp wool plush that we've designed for this jacket is perfect for the job: the hemp insulates and the wool traps body heat to keep you doubly warm. We thought if our jacket is warm enough for Nova Scotia, then it's certainly warm enough for Chicago, Maine, Vermont (and all of New England), Wyoming, Lapland, the Highlands, Alaska, the Arctic, and definitely the Pacific Northwest & West Coast, as well as other places that require real warmth. We're very happy with the result: our Nova Scotia Winter Extreme Hemp Jacket is cozy, warm, and utterly natural & breathable.

Available in Natural and Earth Brown in unisex sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, and 3XL (ladies, please order one size down from the women's size you normally wear; for example, if you wear women's S, then get the unisex XS). Our RG714 Nova Scotia Winter Extreme Hemp Jacket is sized for a light sweater/turtleneck layer underneath. If you are going to be wearing it with a thick sweater, then go a size up to accommodate the bulk beneath.

Absolutely no harsh chemicals or heavy metals were used in the production of our RG714 Unisex Nova Scotia Winter Extreme Hemp Jacket. Made entirely in the EU (European Union) from certified organic cotton, organic European hemp, and cruelty-free natural wool for true purity and environmental sustainability.

Care Instructions: Spot clean as needed with a small brush and warm water. May be dry-cleaned (only chemical-free dry cleaning is recommended). Cannot be machine washed because of the hemp wool plush lining. Regular airing should be all it takes to keep the Nova Scotia Winter Extreme Hemp Jacket fresh and clean.
