The Urban Sophisticate Organic Cotton Knit Shirt is made from a medium sweater weight pinstripe 100% organic cotton jersey (soft and cozy). This ribbed fabric has a lot of integrity to hold the cut and shape of this special organic shirt in place so it doesn't sag the way some knit shirts do. The jersey fabric conforms to your body, making for cozy wearing comfort.

Made in Europe under fair labor conditions (sweatshop-free). Absolutely no harsh chemicals or heavy metals were used in the production of our Urban Sophisticate Organic Cotton Knit Shirt. Sustainably collected, completely natural seashell buttons lend a touch of eco-elegance.

The Urban Sophisticate Organic Cotton Knit Shirt can be worn alone as a shirt or used as an overshirt/jacket over a T-shirt or even another shirt. It's good for spring, fall, and winter and those cool summer nights, especially in cool coastal areas. It can be part of a dressy outfit for work or the night on the town, or it can be worn casually with jeans. Truth be told, the name Urban Sophisticate derives from our designer's original intention of having this be the perfect organic eco-urban shirt; all the same, we happily wear ours in the most rural of areas with no ill effects, and the shirt looks awesome with a pair of our favorite organic jeans. :) The Urban Sophisticate Organic Cotton Knit Shirt is like a trusty old shirt that never needs ironing.
