Care:	Since it is lined, our organic cotton corduroy jacket should be spot cleaned or dry cleaned (do not machine wash). Many dry cleaners now offer ecological "wet" cleaning, too. Regular airing will keep your jacket fresh between cleanings.

Corduroy blazers are a long-cherished North American classic — it's cozy and versatile and always looks good. Made with our certified organic cotton corduroy fabric (0% polyester, the planet's first and only), they are now also sustainable and pure.

We modeled our organic cotton corduroy jacket after a heritage corduroy jacket we found in England. We updated a few tiny details but otherwise kept the original cord design intact jacket. Classic blazers are already perfect as is and very practical — you can wear them dressy with slacks or casual with jeans; they'll look amazing either way.

Nothing beats corduroy for comfort and the cozy, well-worn look of cords that will make you the envy of the eco crowd. The jacket is also fully lined for that tailored look. Featuring natural coconut shell buttons. Made in Europe. Sweatshop-free. Absolutely no harsh chemicals or heavy metals were used in the production of our RG592 Organic Cotton Corduroy Blazer.

Custom-woven 100% certified organic cotton corduroy fabric (there is absolutely no polyester in it).

The lining is made from a smooth & silky certified organic cotton sateen fabric (the original heritage jacket we found had a silk lining, so we thought that the satiny 100% organic cotton fabric would lend a nice nostalgic touch to our eco-heritage cord jacket).
