Fabric and sizing information: Our Jersey Sheet Sets are made from luxurious, long-staple certified-organic cotton. The long fiber length of our organic cotton means extra luxury, comfort, and durability. The cotton is ring spun, which retains the natural plushness of cotton, into a voluptuous 4.5-ounce fabric that is perfect for sleeping comfort. Shrinkage on ring-spun fabric is higher than open-end fabric (approximately 10% in the length and 3-4% in the width), so our Jersey Sheet Sets are generously sized to allow for this; they will shrink down to size after a couple of washings. The King Sheet Sets fit both standard and California King mattresses and the Twin Sheet Sets fit extra-long mattresses. The sheets are knit and sewn in Kibbutz, Israel.
