Woven in an elegant ribbed/ridged pattern, our Organic Cotton & Wool Blanket is light in weight but heavy on the warmth. The organic cotton content keeps the organic wool from being itchy or scratchy and the cruelty-free organic wool provides superior insulation and warmth. So you get the best of both worlds: a soft, cozy, and warm certified organic blanket.

The Organic Cotton & Wool Blanket is decorative enough to act as a bedspread/top layer on your organic bed over the fitted and flat sheets.

Fabric: 50% certified organic cotton & 50% certified organic wool, both completely unbleached and undyed for true purity.

Care instructions: Do not immerse in water. Spot clean as needed; non-chemical dry cleaning only. Air dry to freshen, out of direct sunlight. New, more ecological ways of "wet cleaning" at quality progressive dry cleaners may also be an option -- please consult your dry cleaner: please tell him/her that the blanket is made from 50% organic cotton & 50% organic Australian merino wool (please do this only if s/he can assure you that it's safe: we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by wet-cleaning). The good news is that organic wool is naturally anti-fungal and anti-mildew -- regular airing should be all our blanket needs to stay fresh and new.
